You authorise us to call a veterinary surgeon on your behalf should we consider it necessary, and to administer any medication the vet prescribes at your expense. Should this occur outside of the hours your Vets are available then all associated / additional costs, including transportation will be at your expense, where our emergency treatment Vet service or ourselves have had to act for the welfare of your pet.

In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, Pet Sitter is entrusted to use best judgment in caring for pet.

In the event of personal emergency or illness, Client authorizes Pet Sitter to arrange for another qualified person to fulfill responsibilities as set forth in this contract. Client will be notified in such a case

We are reluctant to cat sit for more than 21 days for their own welfare. Please discuss further with staff should you require a longer stay.

Diabetic cats require a 24-48-hour trial staycation before longer sitting bookings will be allowed

Worming treatment & flea treatment is advisable to keep up to date with especially over summer months, we are happy to provide this service to your cat at a charge of £6.00

Cats on special diets should have sufficient food supplied - if not food will be purchased on your behalf and added to your final bill

Cats that are house cats or will be inside for the duration of your trip will require sufficient litter – if this runs out more will be purchased on your behalf and added to your final bill

Max & Woodys reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time before or during its term if they determine that Client’s pet poses a danger to the health or safety of Sitter if concerns prohibit Sitter from caring for pet. Client authorizes pet to be placed in a kennel, with all charges therefore to be charged to client. This would be a last resort and for the safety of all concerned.

If your cat requires daily medications a fee of £2.50 per day will be applied unless a bank holiday including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and/or New Year’s Day where a fee of £3.50 will be added to your final bill
